Lessons

Lessons are structured to the students' individual goals and musical aspirations. I welcome motivated, passionate students of any age. Adults, beginners, and the musically curious are welcome! Lessons are also available on Djembe, Congas/Bongos, Music Theory, Beginner Piano, Beginner Guitar

Typical lesson topics include:

• Drum Rudiments

• Reading Charts, Reading Rhythm and Melody.

• Playing New Styles (Jazz, Latin Rhythms, African Rhythms)

• Audition Preparation

• Playing to a Click/Metronome

• Learning Specific Songs, playing along with music

• Playing with your friends (starting a band! Bring them along!)
